In June 2012 the Pentagon reported that one active-duty service member completes suicide every day.
The Military Helpline is answering the call to serve those who have served us with a free, compassionate, and completely anonymous lifeline to military, veterans and their families. Staffed with vets, more than 500 military-related calls are received every month from across the nation and overseas, de-escalating 98% of all suicide related calls.
